Three upcoming Mahindra electric cars in 2024 are good news for all Mahindra car lovers. You’ll be pleased to know that all these electric are being made on the new generation platform named XUV.e and BE. Mahindra plans to sell these upcoming electric cars in both the domestic and international market.

The initial line-up includes the XUV.e8 and XUV300 EV, both of which will be launched in the middle of this year.

The company doesn’t disclose their features and specifications but some important information was leaked during spied testing.

1. The XUV300 EV

Actually, Mahindra’s current electric car, the XUV400 EV, is proving to be a slow competitor against the Tata Nexon EV. Meanwhile, Mahindra has endeavoured to improve its qualities by adding some extra features. Additionally, the company aims to strengthen its line-up and by launching the XUV300 EV in the middle of this year.

It is expected to come this electric car a range of Rs. 13 lakhs to Rs. 15 lakhs with a powerful 35 kWh battery capacity, aiming at the Tata Nexon EV.

2. Mahindra XUV e.8

The Mahindra XUV e.8 will be launched by the end of this year. This electric car is being produced on Mahindra’s own electric car manufacturing plateform INGLO. According to the manufacturer, this car will offer an 80 kWh battery-pack and produce a maximum power of 345 bhp.

The company announced that this electric car features 02-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configuration utilizing single and dual motor setup, respectively.

3. Mahindra XUV.e9

The next lineup of Mahindra electric cars is the XUV.e9 which is scheduled to be launched in the early months of 2025. It has been spotted several times in india and as well as in foreign countries.

This electric car is also based on company’s own electric car manufacturing plateform INGLO.
